TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General Information  
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the website belugafarm.com operated by Massino Consulting SRL, with registered office in Via delle Rotte 8, 28040 Massino Visconti (NO), Italy, VAT IT02088150038.

2. Products  
The products offered are food products (caviar) sold in glass jars and tins. All products are perishable and require refrigerated storage.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations may occur.

3. Orders  
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

4. Prices  
All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping  
Products are shipped using temperature-controlled packaging. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Once delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal  
In accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products.

Therefore, orders of caviar products cannot be returned once shipped, except in case of proven damage or non-conformity.

7. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products  
Any claim must be submitted within 24 hours from delivery.  
Customers must provide photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.

After verification, Massino Consulting SRL may offer a replacement or refund at its discretion.

8. Liability  
Massino Consulting SRL is not liable for improper storage of products after delivery. Products must be stored refrigerated at the temperature indicated on the packaging.

9. Governing Law  
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court of the consumer’s residence.
