Order Preparation

All our products are prepared upon order to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Production and preparation times may vary depending on the day the order is placed.

Dispatch Timing

Whenever possible, orders are dispatched the business day following preparation. However, to preserve product integrity, we may adjust dispatch timing depending on the day of the week.

Orders placed on Thursday or Friday may be shipped on the following Monday in order to avoid extended transit or warehouse storage over the weekend.

Our priority is always to ensure that the product reaches you in optimal condition.

Delivery Within the European Union

We ship within the European Union using temperature-controlled packaging designed to preserve product freshness during transit.

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Some locations may require transit through logistical hubs, which can slightly extend delivery time.

We carefully select shipping dates to minimize transport duration and ensure the product remains as fresh as possible.
