How we deliver
We ship to all EU countries. Your caviar travels chilled, in an insulated box with ice packs, by DHL Express.

- Free delivery on orders from €220
- Free delivery on your first order when you sign up to our emails

When we ship
We pack every order by hand once it comes in. We ship from Monday to Wednesday, so your caviar never waits in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday leave on the next Monday.
DHL delivers in 2–4 business days, depending on your country.

Christmas
To receive your caviar before Christmas, please order by 14 December.

When it arrives
Put your caviar in the fridge straight away. Keep it in the coldest part of your fridge, up to +5 °C. Once opened, enjoy it within 2 days.

Please give us a correct address and phone number, and make sure someone can receive the parcel.
