WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Massino Consulting srl guarantees that products matching those described on the website will be delivered within the limits of availability as set out above.
Massino Consulting srl guarantees that all products will be stored in accordance with all relevant regulations until delivery to the specified destination. The producer is liable for all products sold. In the case of packaged products, the producer is also responsible for ensuring that the information on the packaging is accurate and complete. The images on the website are there to help Customers recognise our products. Please be aware that the images displayed may not exactly match the product delivered due to the producer occasionally using different packaging.
Right of withdrawal (Italian Legislative Decree 185/1999)
In accordance with the regulations in force, Customers of www.belugafarm.com are entitled to a money back guarantee, allowing them to return purchased products within 10 working days of receipt, without penalty, by giving the appropriate notice. Should you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a request for a refund by email to info@belugafarm.com. You must return the product to the above address within 10 working days of receipt. The consumer is required to return the goods to the supplier within the time limit set by the right of withdrawal, bearing only the cost of returning the product.
In the event of cancellation of the order, Massino Consulting srl will refund the amount paid for the purchase within 30 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, in the manner and within the time limits provided for in the right of withdrawal.
Competent court
In the event of a dispute arising from the application, performance or interpretation of the distance sales contract, the Italian courts shall have jurisdiction. In the event that the customer is resident or domiciled in Italy, the Court of the customer’s place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction.
All distance contracts entered into with Massino Consulting srl are subject to Italian law. Unless expressly provided otherwise, the relevant legal standards will apply.
