Sturgeons have lived there for millions of years, and it was there, on the banks of the Volga, that BelugaFarm established its first sturgeon farm. In 25 years, the company has grown year by year and developed a unique fish population. BelugaFarm has become an industry leader thanks to its extensive experience and product excellence.

The company is taking the decisive step of internationalising its operations to meet the growing demand for caviar. In response to the growing demand, BelugaFarm Greece was set up in 2021. What makes it special is that the sturgeons are transported directly from the farm in Astrakhan.
